Most people in any ages love chocolates. Young, old, or even children have chocolate in their freezer for the taking anytime they like. For them, chocolate can represent something like love, so giving chocolate as a gift is one of love expression. Even though it is delicious and sweet, many people are avoiding chocolate because it endangers their health, but in fact, chocolate can benefits your health someway. Yes it is true that cocoa is now provide many positive element your body need.

Chocolate can be safe for your health, though there are chocolate that may risk your health you should aware what kind of chocolate is dangerous. Chocolate in stores like candy, is the example of the unprofitable one. Candy contains of unsafe ingredients like refined sugar, milk fats, and hydrogenated oil. On the contrary, consume the dark chocolate for safer effect. It is proved that dark chocolate contains positive elements that are good for your body like antioxidants, flavonoids, and amino acids. Each of this element benefits your health. First, antioxidant is effective to slow down aging process and suppress the cellular decay. Second, flavonoids advantage you in cardiovascular health. And amino acids give you a unique effect which is elevating and regulating moods. That’s why it is suggested when you are stressed and depressed during work hours, just take a break and eat a piece of chocolate, it will help you to get rid of your bad mood.

Furthermore, many studies are conducted to prove that dark chocolate is healthy for your body and even improving it. The new process of healthy chocolate making is introduced by mixing the chocolate with other organic ingredients. Of course with this new addition, beside safely to consume chocolate, it will be more delicious and tasty. This new mixture of chocolate is also beneficial to lose weight, after you eat a piece of it with a glass of water before your meal, you can feel it has killed your hunger.

Dark chocolate has special characteristics that make it as healthy chocolate. Unlike the chocolate candy or any other chocolate product you find in the market, dark chocolate is free of sugar, milk fat, or hydriogenated oil. Next, based on the making process, dark chocolate keeps its antioxidant because the process  doesn’t involve alkali that may wipe out antioxidant. Furthermore, the organic ingredients that are mixed into the dark chocolate in the making process such as Acai berries or blueberries that support antioxidants. The last one, dark chocolate is free from trans fat, wax, and fillers.
