The vitamin C contained in kiwi plays as antioxidant which is water soluble that helps protecting the body from free radical. Free radical enters the body through foods you eat and also the air you breathe.

He also stated that vitamin C prevents cancer, heart disease, and obesity, whereas vitamin E is also advantageous for you with the ability to prevent the diseases like vitamin C does. Different from vitamin C, vitamin E is fat soluble.

Furthermore, fibers included in kiwi’s meat encourage the digestive to work properly. Fibers also help to lower the diabetes risk by controlling the sugar-content and lower the cholesterol-content. Moreover, they prevent colon cancer by binding toxic and carrying it out from the body along with feces.

Based on some health journals, kiwi is noted to be able preventing asthma and cough on children. Now you know how important kiwi for your life. From now on, this can be a good idea to start consuming this fruit at least once in a week.
