Human body gets the most nutrition, vitamin, and other important supplements from foods. Healthy foods will as well keep your body away from diseases while protecting the overall condition. In selecting menu, you should be very careful since many foods are produced with unhealthy ingredients which bring danger to your body. Among many vegetables that don’t have enough content of nutrition is celery. In every 20 cm of celery only contains 6 calories, calcium, vitamin C, and vitamin K. So, to obtain enough nutrition from celery, you can add more celeries in your menu or add one carrot to maximize the nutrition supply. |
