Even though it is located near to workshop, the servings are really satisfying. Yes, enjoying the seafood menu can be very delighting especially with special cooking. If you are interested to taste the foods served, there is a range of foods to choose from, for example the galah shrimp which is rich of flavors is really crispy in your mouth. Once you taste it, the strong taste of onion and turmeric are unavoidable. This food is served with sweet chili sauce for greater aftertaste sensation.

The setting of this traditional seafood stall is simple. All tables are covered in bright-red color that is suited with chairs in the same color. Besides the galah shrimp menu above, more servings offer greater flavors like particular cooking of fish, shrimp, shells, squids, and obviously crabs. The kind of fishes used in the cooking are special as well, those are baronang, kuwe, and bawal.

This seafood stall always uses fresh crabs in serving the cooking, the living and fresh crabs are kept inside a Styrofoam box. Since the crabs have become many consumers’ favorite, you may find the crabs menu empty if there are many consumers in the stall. But you still have another preference such as roasted shrimp and roasted baronang. The seafood menu available can be roasted or fried with flour, it will depend on consumers’ desires. For richer taste, this stall will suggest you sweet-sour sauce and butter fry or Padang sauce.

You shouldn’t be surprised to find out that the fish or shrimp served is little bit burnt out because this is the result of special ingredients used. The shrimp and roasted fish are in yellowish color and rich of flavors because the chef blends pepper, turmeric, onion, ginger, and candlenut fruits. So, the burnt out side will still be very tasty, especially if you dip the shrimp or fish into hot sauce or fried spices.

Another appetizing dish coupled the seafood is the sweet sauté young corn added with slices of poultry meat, bustard eggs, and three type of mushrooms which are shitake, hioko, and merang. These mushrooms are sliced roughly. Your nostril will as well be impossible to refuse the inviting aroma of brownish thick dressing and thin-sliced onion leaves here and there. The tantalizing aroma of the dressing is coming from oyster sauce and onion.

Well, you should try the new experience of enjoying delicious seafood served in front of car shop and you shouldn’t worry about the smell of lubricating oil and pilled car machine because the appetizing aroma of seafood menu presented will defeat them all.
