Here are some foods in question that may keep your weight well-balanced all the time. These foods are also usually found in particular occasion like dinner party, so by consuming these foods you don’t need to be afraid to feel full as well it keeps your fear away from gaining more weight.

First off is the fatty fish. The examples are salmon, tuna, mackerel, and herring. This fish contains Omega-3 fatty acid to reduce cholesterol and quicken the metabolism. This Omega-3 acid is also able to convert the leptin hormone which is the hormone that directly gives effect to body metabolism and determines whether the calorie will be burned or kept as fat. Fish can be good protein source as long as you know how to cook it, the most recommended ways to cook fish is by steaming or roasting.

The second one is green vegetables. Consuming spinach, asparagus, and broccoli gives significant thermal effect on body. This low-calorie food will be perfectly burned during the digestive process. More importantly, there fibers inside vegetables that contain of antioxidant, vitamin, and mineral that can make your stomach full.

Fruit acid is also important to consume during your diet. Oranges, lemon, papaya guava, orange juice, and tomato are rich of vitamin C and fibers. The importance of vitamin C is to help the fat processing faster, besides it also provokes the amino acid to burn fat more effectively. Orange is believed highly contains of water that keep you fulfilled for a longer period of time.

Next, you should pick your snacks smartly and popcorn is one of the recommended snacks because it is low calorie food that contains of fibers. In fact, beans are also beneficial foods since they are the source of protein and fibers. For more options, you can always go for the low-fat milk and its products like yogurt and low-fat cheese since these are the valuable calcium source.
