After spending hours running, jogging or exercising in gym, your body is obviously craving for drink to relieve your thirst. Go grab your mineral water rather than the popular bottled drink with energy advertised on TV. Many new products of drinks contain of sugar, sweetener, and other harmful substances which are positively not beneficial for your body. It is suggested for you to drink chocolate milk since it is rich of calcium and protein to replace the released energy lost during the exercise.

While attempting a healthy diet, consuming sufficient amount of carbohydrate is also a good way. At a glance, bagel can be very appetizing when you are very hungry but avoid eating too much. However, you have to be smart on choosing healthy carbohydrate foods. A bagel has 400-500 calorie when it comes with cream cheese combination. For a healthier choice, you can eat oatmeal mix with dried fruits or nuts. A high-fiber source of foods helps protecting your side in a longer full-stomach condition.

Being practical is everyone’s choice, especially when they are in such a hurry and don’t have enough time to prepare the breakfast. Most of them will pick for meat products that can be cooked shortly. Apparently, meat products are not quite healthy because those preserved foods have a high level of salt which can cause high blood pressure. Fresh meat is still the number one choice.

Once in a time you can eat tantalizing food like beef bacon. Well, you have to learn vital information that in that small, thin slice of beef bacon, there is a high content of fat and sodium that trigger high blood pressure and cholesterol.
