Children with eating problem are common views many parents see almost every day. Parents are struggling hard to help their children get away from the problem by making the foods look more interesting. Seemingly, food is not the only way to persuade children to eat. According to particular research, having breakfast, lunch, or dinner together can stimulate children to eat more.

Parents who are busy and seldom to have time at home can use the precious moment in the weekend to take children eating together in restaurant or just cooking something special at home for the whole member of a family. The occasion of enjoying the food together can motivate the children to eat more than they usually take. As a result, children become healthier.

The surprising fact acquired from the research is children who eat with other members of family have low percentage of suffering from obesity. The foods they consume are controlled by the parents so the quality of the foods they eat must be good and much healthier.

Parents cannot control what they children eat all the time and most children would prefer eating junk foods or fast foods rather than foods they find in the freezer. The foods they buy mostly contain of high level of fat, carbohydrate, sweetener, etc. which is surely bad for their body and cause obesity.

From a number of researches, the details collected show that children who take the breakfast, lunch, or dinner together with their family tend to pick healthier foods rather that those children who rarely or never enjoy the foods with their family. Moreover, most children don’t come with eating problems when they spend many times with their family on dinner table. If this good habit is held by many parents, they can avoid the children from lack of nutrition problems as well.

Parents can set the meal-time-together plan with the children at least three times a week. Besides helping the children to avoid obesity and nutrition problems, they can save the children from other bad habits like smoking, consuming slimming drugs without legal prescriptions, and others.

The truth is, children could learn about healthy foods from their parents. Feeling comfortable during the meal time can motivate them to finish their meal within a loving and warm togetherness. By making sure that their children eat healthy foods, parents shouldn’t worry about obesity, lack of nutrition problem, or other problems that may bring the children health at risk.
