You are not suggested to use wok improperly because besides you will not be able to keep the wok quality remains the same, your cook might not be just the way you expected.

The third tip suggests you to leave the wok out at all times for more comfort. It means that if you don’t see the wok then you don’t use it as well. Also, pick the right wok for the right seasoning every time you cook. This is important for you to avoid using the wrong wok because your cooking experience may end up into a failure, especially when you are not seasoning it right.

Next, when you plan to buy wok, you better choose the lightweight one and the one made from cast iron is the best choice you can take. Seriously, you don’t want to use heavy weak every day because this can be so uncomfortable. Wok with rounded bottom may need direct flames and it makes maximum contact with gas as well as control the heat delivered to the wok.

Furthermore, wok that is designed with flat bottom is best use with electric stove and it will not provide you the natural stir fry motion and it may waste much oil. As well, there are wok manufacturers that design non-stick wok and this wok cannot be properly used for above medium heat. However, you can use the wok in high heat to sear meat and cook crusty veggies.

Speaking of the friendly-use stove for wok, the portable butane gas stove is one great solution to cook with your wok, whereas if you are cooking using gas stove, it is suggested for you to use the smallest burner to direct the heat to the wok. Well, should these tips be useful for you.
