Actually, there are simple solutions you can do at ease to overcome this problem. You should not neglect the importance of breakfast because the foods you consume in the morning will supply you energy to get through the day. This will prevent you from feeling hungry at the time when you shouldn’t feel it.

Consuming vegetables are also important because you can supply your body with vitamin B to improve better digestion. There is vitamin K contains in vegetables as well that it produces insulin to reduce your hunger.

Moreover, it is proved through the study by Journal of the American College of Nutrition that a cup of black tea after your mealtime is advantageous. This tea will help your body to reduce the blood sugar level to 10 percent. You can have this tea two hours after you eat your meal. But of course you should serve tea sugar free for healthier beverage.
