Birthday is identical with chocolate. Everyone around the world who celebrates the birthday is preparing the chocolate for someone special or friends. They even buy chocolates which are creatively cooked for more impressions. However, celebrating the valentine day doesn’t always involve chocolate. You can pick different recipe to be served and enjoy it with the whole family members. This time, you can try simple and easy recipe to try with ingredients which are easy to get as well.

It is fried sandwich, the unique recipe to celebrate the evening of the valentine while enjoying a cup of coffee as you are making small conversation with your friends or relatives. To cook this fried sandwich is easy because you can use the white bread leftover. You don’t have to buy expensive ingredients because most of the ingredients are found in your freezer so it saves money as well as time. Well, this is the easy instruction to begin with.

Here are brief steps to cook fried sandwich. First thing first, you should prepare the whole ingredients:

  • Two packs of white bread. Each loaf is sliced into four
  • 150 gr sweet corn. Take the beans only
  • 200 gr mince
  • 4 leeks. Sliced thinly.
  • 2 yolks
  • 2 egg white
  • 250 ml liquid milk
  • 8 cloves garlic, chopped.
  • 1 clove onion
  • 50 gr wheat flour
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Granulated sugar
  • Bouillon powder
  • Panir flour


The first part to make is ragout. To cook ragout, here are the precise steps:

  • Blend together milk, yolks, and wheat flour. Set aside.
  • Sauté onion and garlic until it produces delicate aroma. Add mince, mix together until cooked.
  • Put sweet corn beans, mix again, wait until the corn beans are half cooked. Add it with sliced leeks and mix all over again.
  • Pour the milk dough, keep stirring while adding pepper, salt, granulated sugar, and bullion powder. Continue stirring until the dough looks thick and small bubbles pop up. When the dough is no longer glued to the pan, turn off the stove and let the dough to cool for a minute.


Finally, this is the finalization of the whole cooking stages which include some steps as follow:

  • Take a loaf of white bread, spread it with ragout dough, put another slice on top of it.
  • Dip the sandwich into the egg white and roll it over the panir flour.
  • Fry over low heat, after the color turns into golden yellow, lift it.
  • Serve warmly.
