Now, you will be given different recipe of how to cook potatoes, especially the baked potatoes but without aluminum foil. First of all, you will need to steam the potatoes and chopped them rough. Dress the steamed, chopped potatoes with meat sauce, cheese sauce, and smoke beef and sliced cheese as topping.

Therefore, below are simple steps to lead you in how to make baked potatoes that may become your family favorite. First comes first, you should prepare the basic ingredients except potatoes which are the ingredients for the sauces.

Ingredients for meat sauce:

  • 2 tbs butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 clove leek, chopped
  • 250 gr grinded meat
  • 1 small bottle tomato catsup
  • 2 fresh tomatoes, chopped
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oregano basil leaves
  • 50 ml water

Ingredients for Cheese Sauce

  • 250 ml fresh thin milk
  • 2 tbs butter
  • 2 tbs wheat
  • 200 gr grated cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Ingredients for topping:

  • 3 thin-sliced smoke beef
  • 5 slices cheese/easy melt

The method to cook baked potatoes is started by cooking the meat sauce. To prepare the meat sauce the first thing to do is sauté the chopped garlic and chopped leek until you smell the delicious aroma. Then, add the meet and blend until the meat changes color. Pour the tomato sauce juice, fresh tomatoes, and seasoning. Wait until it is cooked.

To prepare the cheese sauce, you should melt the butter and add flour afterward. Stir until the dough is clotting. Pour small amount of liquid milk and stir slowly using balloon whisk. Add cheese while keep stirring it. Wait until it is clotted.

Lastly, place the rough-chopped potatoes on Pyrex and pour the meat sauce as topping, pour cheese sauce as covering. Sprinkle the top with topping ingredients. Bake on oven for around 25 – 30 minutes.
